I often meet new lady ceo entrepreneurs who are struggling in their business or on how to get started in their business.

I know you hear it all the time to struggle is part of the grind and growth. Isn't it? Well, we here this everyday via social media, networking, media, books, workshops etc. However, there is a big difference in being a part of the struggle and struggling. Being a part of the struggle is a blog for a different time. Smiles

There are many reasons why new entrepreneurs struggle. Let me address the top 6 reasons why they struggle.

1. Identity: Many entrepreneurs haven't identified their purpose(who they are and why they were created. Also, they don't know what role their brand should have in the market place. Their brand identity has never been established. Ex: Purpose, Vision, Mission, Niche' Market, Expertise and Organization. Your "WHY"

2. Clarity: What is your expertise? What is that one thing that you do help other's? What specific problem does your business solve?

3. Serve: Who do you serve? How do you serve them?

4. Goals: Daily write out goals. What do you want to accomplish on a daily basis? In order of importance to lease. Approximately 3-5 goals. Don't overwhelm yourself.

5. Accountabiliy: Most new entrepreneurs don't have someone to keep them on track and to use as a sounding board for inspiration, ideas, critique, strategies or just to listen to.

6. Money: Help! I'm not making money. How do I make money? Monetizing your ideas and repurposing your content is vital. Ex: Live Streaming, TeleSummit, Challenges, Blogging, Ebooks just to name a few.
