Let's Talk: Freedom!!

Freedom is what we as women fight for everyday. We fight for freedom in our mind, body, business, home, health, jobs and relationships. We are always pushing to free ourselves of the obstacles, negative thoughts and negative people that are in our paths on a daily basis. How do I know this to be true? I know it because I fight for my freedom everyday just like some of you do.
Today, I have great news for you!! I have made a committment to mentor 100 women this year and help them shift their mindset, loose the weight mentally and physically, find finacial freedom and reclaim their time through serving and entrepreneurship.
First, let's talk about your mindset which is an attitude; diposition; intention; a fixed state of being. Basically, it's the way you think.(smiles) Your mindset is the sum of your values and beliefs which shape your thoughts and ultimately lead to the way you are. In order to find any type of freedom in your life it first starts with your mindset.
Here are 5 keys to get you started:
1. Start your day with honoring Jesus Christ through thankfulness, faith, prayer and reading the bible.
2. Be purposeful in your actions, activities and decisions that are on course for meeting your goals.
3. Say "No". Decide everyday to say "No" to people and things that don't bring value to you.
4. Put yourself on your calendar. Take time to regain your health mentally and physically.
5. Release negativity. Forgive, Exercise, Eat Healthy and Payoff Debt.
